Photovoltaic Potential Analysis - Fuel Cell Hybrid Energy System for General-Purpose Building of Laboratory and Offices Using HOMER Software

This paper presents a performance analysis of the potential study in complementing grid utility supply with renewable energy system. A general-purpose building consisting office and laboratory facility has been chosen as test case hybrid system fuel cell solar photovoltaic cells installed addition to existing power supply. HOMER simulation software was used run simulations, results showed that only is more economical be integrated into Cost-saving from feed-in-tariff point view observed spanning over several years after initial capital cost returned.
